The JUNO nominated Orchid Ensemble’s 2008 production “Ghost Project” will transform the Roundhouse into a world where mystical creatures and spirits from Taiwan, China, Indonesia, Europe and Canada roam across the stage. Inspired by a shared curiosity of the after-life in different cultures, the artists search for a common ground through the practices of music, mask dance, media arts, shadow puppets, and scenographic installations.
